SkyDive for Charity
Oh my word!! What a great day we had on Wednesday.
Julie and I did our skydive to raise money for Leukaemia, Muscular Dystrophy and VSO. With the help and support of friends, family, colleagues, the Whitchurch Inn and Tavistock Art Gallery we have raised, so far, over £3,200.
Thank you all so much to those who have supported us so brilliantly. If you would still like to help us raise money for these fantastic charities, Google ‘Just Giving’ and search for Julie and Graham 007. Donating is easy from there on.
Here is a sample of the photos from the day. Buzz Skydive at Dunkeswell looked after us incredibly well although, when I heard that my instructor is known as ‘Crazy Pete’, I began to wonder.
Julie and I agreed that the jump itself was one of the most exciting events of our lives. The adrenaline rush was incredible and I’ve still got the buzz 24 hours later. I recommend it to anyone. Why did I leave it until I’m in my 70s to do this … but I would do it again in a heartbeat!Again, thank you to everyone who has supported us
